I would recommend Optimum Solutions to everyone I can. When I started working with Freddy and Opt-Sol, I previously had finished my MBA and was fresh off an overseas internship. He was very upfront with me from the beginning in letting me know that I would need to start slow and build my experience here in the US back up. With the current job market changing by the day and the increasing population of highly qualified candidates relocating to the Northern Virginia/DC/Maryland area, finding a job is truly becoming extraordinary difficult.  After going online and researching several temp agencies on top of putting my resume on employment search networks (Indeed, CareerBuilder) I was very lucky to find Optimum Solutions.  Within the very first week of filling out the online application and taking the placement tests, Freddy set up an interview with me and was able to find me a position working for a great non-profit the following week.  The pay was great and so was the location since dealing with traffic around this area can sometimes be a job within itself.  Even before my contract ended, the team at Opt Sol had already set up some interviews for me and remarkably set me up with another contract position that was at a higher pay rate. Whether its temporary or contract to hire position you seek, the professional and amazing customer/client relations that I found at this company are just some of the benefits that I find renovating when it comes to job placement.  Currently I am working as a Project Administrator for an architectural firm as a contract-to-hire role. To say that I would recommend Opt Sol to anyone is an understatement.  If you are a person who is serious about finding work and want to invest your time in a recruitment agency that will also invest in you and takes pride in putting you to work, all I can say is give them a chance because you will be very satisfied that you did.

Freddy is a wonderful staffing agent, I moved up here from Texas and didn't know where to start. A family member knew him and got me in contact with his company at the time, our first conversation was about what "I" wanted and what I was looking for in a job opportunity. Freddy placed me at a good starter job where I could start building my knowledge on how things worked up here. Out of the three staffing agencies I have been to for help Freddy's company is the most reliable and the efficient when it comes to finding you a job that suits your needs and wants. Freddy and Optimum Solutions helped me after graduating from VCU and relocating back home to Springfield, VA.  I couldn’t find any work and I was having a hard time as a recent college grad.  I was introduced to Freddy and Optimum Solutions at a career fair and he was so different from all of the other staffing firms that were there.  He really listened to what i wanted and gave me real feedback and professional criticism, something no other staffing firm did.  We ended up setting up a time to meet at his office, and I felt like we built a real and honest relationship when we went over my resume and the jobs i was interested in.  He gave me advice and suggestions on what to do on my interviews so I could increase my chances and get the job.  At the end, he found me an assignment that was exactly what I needed at the time.  I would recommend Optimum Solutions to any recent college grad, like me, who is having a hard time looking for work and need help getting their career started.  Freddy builds real relationships and you can trust that he really cares about you and what you want to do.  He’ll help you get your “foot through the door.”

After dealing with well-known temp agencies and experiencing unprofessional service, I approached Optimum Solutions because I wanted to work with a company that was professional and who cared about their people.  A couple of colleagues referred me to Optimum Solutions and spoke highly of Freddy Pineda.  They all recommended I contact him ASAP!  Their words were verbatim "Freddy will have you working tomorrow, that's how well his performance is.”   Optimum Solutions had me working immediately, literally!  I interviewed with Freddy Pineda in the morning and by the afternoon he had a job for me that started the next day.  Such a blessing for me, especially being a single mother.  Optimum Solutions’ solution was so unique due to their professionalism.  Other temp agencies, from my experience, don't truly care about their contractors or job seekers.  It’s almost as if the agencies look down on you because you are needing assistance.  Not Optimum Solutions.  They are by your side through the whole process and very welcoming.  Freddy Pineda provided info on positions available and kept his word to have me working right away.  If you are looking for a company who provides HONESTY and GREAT opportunities with no hassle, Optimum Solutions will leave you GREATLY satisfied. Most temp agencies sell you a dream, and MAYBE they contact you weeks to months later; not Optimum Solutions.  I would recommend Optimum Solutions to anyone, even individuals who currently have a full-time job and looking for a better opportunity.
